The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Berdie Pontoon can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Beloved family while we may sorrow now for the lost of my aunt and your mother just know we want always sorrow, for one day if we too live a life pleasing to God we will see her again. 1 Thessalonians 4:13 - But I would have you to be ignorant, brethren , concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not even as others which have no hope.
Luv u all.

Condolence: To my niece, nephews, and brother including your families. I grieve also with you during this time. Due to uncontrollable circumstance I am not able to be there to celebrate my sister's home going. But know as I know that Birdie Mae is at home and at peace. She would want all of us to love one another and be at peace with each other. I love you family and friends. God Bless each and everyone of you.

Condolence: My dear cousins, there are no words that I can say that will immediately remove the hurt you feel right now. I do know that God's word will sustain you. You will find peace and comfort there, in His word. Though you don't know me do know that you have family praying for you. Keep the fun memories of your mother close to your heart. They will bring you comfort.

Condolence: Dear family Pontoon, I am truly sorry for your loss. The Bible gives us comfort and hope in these hard moments. In Acts 24:15 says there will be " a resurrection ". We have the chance to see our loved one once again in the near future.

Condolence: Ms Bertha and my mother where very close friends before I was born. You can't get any closer to family than that. It's a blessing to still have the Pontoon family in our lives over 40yrs. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.
We will always remember Ms Bertha fondly and have wonderful memories of many times spent with you all during the younger years! Jackie my friend, please know we will always be right here!!!

Love Always

Tricia and Family
